This art therapy workshop is brought to you by The Red Pencil (Singapore), a charity organisation dedicated to providing creative arts therapy (drawing, music, movement and dance) to the less privileged.  We warmly welcome you to join us! 

The Red Pencil (Singapore) reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, schedule, or arrangements, or to cancel the event if necessary. Should any changes occur, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible using the contact information provided during registration. While we will make every effort to minimise disruptions, The Red Pencil (Singapore) will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of event changes or cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and support.

I hereby grant The Red Pencil (Singapore) permission to take and use photographs and video recordings of me and my artwork created during the workshop, as well as use statements, comments and testimonials related to me and my artworks which I and/or my beneficiaries may supply. This material may be used for educational, advocacy, and promotional purposes, including in digital and print media, reports to funders and sponsors, and in materials shared with collaborating third parties. I understand I will not receive compensation for this use.

The Red Pencil (Singapore) will ensure that my privacy is protected and will also be mindful of any and/or all sensitivities in the use of the photographs/electronic reproductions, with the
exception of unforeseen disruptions. In line with data protection regulations, The Red Pencil (Singapore) places an utmost priority on the privacy and respect of all Its beneficiaries.

The Red Pencil (Singapore)'s Obligations In the use of any materials I and/or my beneficiaries provide, The Red Pencil (Singapore) will: 
•    Ensure that when publishing work that contains my pictures or artworks, my privacy, or that of my beneficiaries is protected, by not publishing any information that may identify me or my beneficiaries, including my actual name, unless I gave permission explicitly; 
•    Use photo/electronic reproductions in a manner that will not prejudice or compromise my personal life and dignity (or that of my beneficiaries); and 
•    Be mindful of any and/or all sensitivities in the use of the photographs/electronic reproductions. 

In the event that I, and/or my beneficiaries, provide reasonable notice for the withdrawal of any work published by The Red Pencil (Singapore) containing materials that I have previously consented to, and provided, I can contact The Red Pencil (Singapore) directly by sending an email to  [email protected]. The Red Pencil (Singapore) shall cease to use the materials provided within a reasonable time after notice of withdrawal of consent has been given.
